We are a private practice providing services that are convenient and accessible. Our automated system gives you full control over your appointments while allowing us to provide services at below the APS recommended fee of $320 per session.

Payments

Our secure booking system will ask for your payment/credit card details to facilitate easy, automated payment at the completion of each session.

Medicare rebates

When referred with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) you may be eligible to claim Medicare rebates, currently $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. Please note we are unable to assist with Medicare claims.

Private health cover

If you intend to claim through your private health insurance it’s important to check your level of cover first, as benefits vary. Please note health funds do not allow you to claim Medicare rebates and private insurance rebates together.

Self- referral

You can also refer yourself and pay your own fees. This is easier because it avoids GP visits, Medicare paperwork and session limits. It also allows you to access support more quickly and focus on the therapy process without administrative requirements.

Attendance policy

Studies show outcomes are better when clients attend sessions consistently. However, we also understand life gets in the way. We ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. As your appointment is reserved for you, cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 20% of the appointment fee. We thank you for understanding this policy.
