Brad is a registered psychologist with more than 30 years’ experience helping adults and couples navigate life’s challenges. He works with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction, and navigating difficult personalities.
Brad believes that effective therapy begins with a collaborative and supportive relationship. He takes the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances and tailors evidence-based treatment to help clients develop practical skills, improve wellbeing, and achieve lasting change.
His approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), attachment-based approaches, strengths-based coaching, mindfulness and clinical hypnosis.
Brad holds degrees from Melbourne and Monash Universities and has presented at national and international psychology conferences. Before establishing Telehealth Psychology Melbourne, he led public and private mental health programs and is a published author in the area of leadership and workplace wellbeing.
